Whenever any User furnishes his/her credit card number, that credit card number is transmitted by the User’s browser in an encrypted format using industry-standard, SSL (secure socket layer) encryption method. Even though Company endeavors to protect its User’s Personal Information, the Company cannot guarantee the security of any information transmitted to Company, through or in connection with the App. If you have reason to believe that your interaction with Company is no longer secure, you must immediately notify Company of the problem by contacting us in accordance with "Contact Us," below (note that physical mail notification will delay the time it takes for the Company to address and respond to the problem).

We do not knowingly attempt to solicit or receive any information from anyone under the age of 16 years. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately. We will not differentiate between who is using the device to access the App, so long as the log in/access credentials match with yours.

We will retain your information for as long as your account is active unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by Indian law, your information is needed to provide you services, or as required to fulfill our legal obligations.

All personal data (Including but not limited to name, email, phone, address, gender etc.), except as otherwise required by law, will be deleted within 90 days of such request.

The Company may amend this Privacy Policy at any time by posting a new version. The Company encourages you to review this policy regularly for any changes. It is your responsibility to review this Privacy Policy periodically as your continued use of this App and our services represents your agreement with the current Privacy Policy.

In the event of any dispute arising between the parties with respect to this Policy, the same shall be referred to the sole arbitrator appointed by both the parties within 30 days of such notice and the arbitration shall be in accordance with Arbitration and Conciliation Act of 1996. The seat and place of arbitration shall be at Hyderabad, India and the decision of the Arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties herein. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.

This contract shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, India and shall be governed by the Indian laws.

Any report of violation of breach of privacy, Information or identify theft or grievances in relation to the Information shared, collected, stored or disseminated by in relation to the App shall be communicated to the grievance officer. Our Grievance Officer shall undertake all reasonable efforts to address your grievances at the earliest possible opportunity.
